Secondly, a man has a set mentality... there are certain things which a woman cannot do and vice a versa.... Identify Those things and respect them. THIS is understanding !!! In some cases woman cannot identify qualities of her man and may be the other way round... this causes Friction.. and dominance takes birth. After all everyone wants to move ahead !!! Beleive me.. what i do is really simple.. i very regularly do a short swot on me and my wife and distribute responsibilities accordingly... IT WORKS. | |

They like to cook good food for their husband & children... It gives them ultimate pleasure... They like to take care of most of household chores... It comes naturally to them... They work too, if they want... Whereas men like to do other important things for their family... They tend to protect their wife & children from outside world... They like to do the marketing n all for their home needs... They do an uninteresting job until they retire...even if they don't want(no option)... And they don't force their wife into a job if she doesn't want to do... Its natural that a man's emotions get suppressed cuz of the limited options he has in life... and when a wife doesn't try to understand his mental state... he gets irritated... which people call male dominance... | |

Rep Power: 7 | Yes true but what if the husband is happy with his job life and so one, why is the husband still dominant. Sometimes when the wifes works too she has to do the house work and all but there is never a helping hand from the husband! I knew a couple and when the husband wasn't working the wife was she used to come home, and not even get asked for some water! But if that wife raised this issue with her husband he would turn it back on her saying lots of things! |

Try to understand that husband's position... Every1 in society must be talking about his failure in life... That he was sitting at home & his wife was working... He must be in depression... No 1 ever raise an issue when a woman sits at home... but there r thousand big mouths which can't be shut when a man sits at home... this hurts.. and the man was pissed-off... so he never asked for water... | |

Rep Power: 10 | Thats the problem in our country man... cuz of our ancestor's wrong doings... we r not given same kind of treatment or protection from the govt. or law as women get them... even in private sector they prefer women... this happens only in India... |
