Having never seen an Apple desktop from the inside, I am not sure whether it allows upgrades. Even if it does, I do not think that I have ever seen cards for Apple Mac (like PCI cards for PC).

So I do not think that you can add wireless networking facility to an Apple desktop. In fact I think that you cannot do anything with an Apple desktop by way of upgrades.

which version of apple mac you are using, coz all the new versions of apple have built in wireless adapter named airport please post version number of your mac.

if you really want to use external wireless adapter then you can go for
Apple Airport Extreme Wireless-G Adapter you can get this adapter for about £33 or £35 (not sure about INR)
Afterthemac Apple Mac Wireless USB Adapter can get it for about £45 to £50
these are the best two and if you need more names or support then please post version of your apple mac.

i am telling you what you asked for, you are asking for a wireless adapter which you can use on Apple Mac, so i just asked you which version of apple mac you are using like is it
Apple Mac 10.3
Apple Mac 10.4
Apple Mac 10.5

which version are you using and please tell me are you sure you are using apple mac only coz apple mac users know all in and outs of OS, its an OS of advance users. I suggest you if you are not an advance user or not sure about apple mac then its better to use windows.
