I believe this is illegal. Mac earns most of its money from hardware not software (unlike M$). Therefore it clearly states in its EULA that you may not install a Mac on non-Apple hardware.

Installing a mac operating system on a simple non apple hardware is not possible

the hardware components required for installing mac is totally different

So you have to buy a mac compatible hardware for that

Now, currently the latest version of Macosx v10.6 Snow Leopard is released only for the Intel Platforms and not the PowerPC Platform or AMD Platform.

If one can install the opendarwin(/puredarwin/gnudarwin), and then download and install the gnome.dmg/kde.dmg/xfce.dmg packages by running the dmg-installer directly from the xterminal of the darwin os, then we can get these opensource desktop running on a macosx kernel.
Then in that case, everything except the aqua-desktop is available and we need only either the bonjour-services or zeroconf-network for macosx (for internet connectivity) -- which is equivalent to a sharpenviro (desktopshell) + ultraexplorer (filemanager) running on top of a windowsxp's nt kernel, whose explorer.exe gets infected with virus and consequently deleted.
However, the bonjour-services is free for windows but not for macosx.
But there is an alternative in zeroconf-network free for both windows and macosx -- out of which the one for macosx is available in the name SABnzbd.dmg.
We can have the Cabos (Network Neighborhood) and ZeroconfNeighborhood free for both windows and macosx.
However, on one hand Cabos tends to hang macosx for while, and on the other hand tends to crash itself in windows after some no of sessions/uses -- so bonjour and zeroconf remain the main ones.
