Rep Power: 0 | Guys, I have read in newspaper that from 2010 in some cities of India there will be implementation of Euro IV norms. As I know Maruti 800 (and even Alto) are not Euro IV complient currently. So if MS will not make Maruti 800 Euro IV complient then is it that this car will be of no use where Euro IV compliance is compulsory? If Yes, then what will happen to existing 800 model cars? Please respond ASAP! |

Rep Power: 9 | Euro IV compliance, when implemented, would be applicable for new registrations. It would not have much effect on existing vehicles. Even today, Earlier models, which are Euro II compliant are still allowed to run on the roads. |
