I my opinion you should go for the Ritz because if you compare the base model you will find that Ritz will cost you Rs 4,03,251 and I20 will cost you Rs 4,59,205 and mileage are almost same so you can go for Ritz.
If you tell your range and you want these cars in petrol or diesel then I can tell you more clearly.

I will give my vote to maruti Ritz. If you want to go for a bigger car (like i20) then we have New Swift as a better choice.

Is it true that Ritz is the only hatchback after Maruti Swift that comes with a li'l waiting period on booking before it gets delivered? The demand and supply Things must have gone in favor of Ritz i guess!!
