    Default Another Hike for Maruti??

Maruti Suzuki, India's largest car manufacturers are considering to raise prices of all their models in about two weeks.

The basic idea behind the thought is raising commodity prices such as steel & copper.

The Commerical Business Head S.N. Burman told reporter on Wednesday, though he did not mention the extent of price rise.

Last time Maruti raised their prices about 2 percent and that was a year ago.

A 2% price rise may not sound much but even on the cheapest model (M800), this will mean a rise Rs. 4000 or so.

Every January, all major manufacturers raise their car prices by 2~4%.
