Thread: The new Maruti Estilo

Maruti modified its Maruti Suzuki Zen with the new name of Maruti Suzuki Sen Estilo, which was unable to live up to the hype generated around it. So, Maruti re-modeled it to form the refreshed New Estilo. The car is better looking with new headlamps, grille, new fog lights and bumpers. The interiors also have been modified to add to the charm of the car.

A new version has also been introduced, the Estilo Sports with more visual enhancements like bonnet, fenders, tail lamps and styled front bumper. It also has features like outside rear view mirrors in the color of the body, full wheel covers, leather seat covers, steering wheel cover and mp3 music system with USB and two speakers.
The car also has comfort features like power steering, power windows, remote central locking, foldable rear seats, rear parcel tray, electrically adjustable outside rear view mirrors, rear wiper & washer and rear defogger
The car also has a 998cc k-series engine which generates a maximum power of 68 bhp at 6200 rpm with maximum torque of 90 nm at 3500 rpm. Other features of the engine are double overhead cam shaft with offset crank shaft, for higher volumetric efficiency, enhanced power, higher compression ratio, plastic intake manifolds which reduces weight and suction losses.
Equipped with many active and passive safety features like anti-lock braking system, electronic brake distribution, driver side airbag, 3 point seatbelts & rear fog lights, the car ensures the safety of its passengers.

It is a great car from the largest car manufacturer in India. But unfortunately it could not survive upto the mark the older Zen had made in the market.

The cheapest VW car in India is the Polo and it costs a lot more then the Zen Estilo. The top model of Polo is more then 7 Lakh rupees.

People will buy these VW cars only if they drop their prices as maruti suzuki zen estilo are easily affordable. so people look more to these cars.
