It all depends. Like if you would go for some accidental car then it would be cheap a car may be a little old but in near and clean condition would cost you a little more. So it all depends on car to car.

My cousin for got a second hand 2003 Maruti 800 for 73,000 rupee. this car was not in that much of a original condition but still it was acceptable. So this is the price i would say to you if you are looking for a non-total original car.

you will be amazed to hear that in my city i.e Aligarh ,a second hand maruti 800(not accidental) costs only a mere rs 35,000/- or perhaps 40,000/- only not more than this, in a good condition!!!
so if anyone is interested then come to Aligarh and buy one!

    Default 800 in 35k also

well, you will find this car in as cheap as 35K as well. I bought 93 model in March this year for 35K and spent nearly nothing and it is going in great guns giving me average of 15. Also it allowed me tried my hands at car. Believe me I did not know how to drive also before I bought this car and with in six months twice I had driven on highway as well for travelling to Bombay and Pune.

Still it is a dream comes true car for many Indians!!

Big Salute to 800! Long live 800 !!

My uncle bought a Maruti 800 AC 2001 model for 65k and he is the third owner. the first owner was a NRI who used it for 2 months, the second one a Doctor who used it very rarely and my uncle is the third owner.
The car is in pretty good condition. Just spent 10K extra to put in a pioneer system and few modifications externally.

Worth the money i hope. What do u guys say ???

You can get a maruti 800 between 15-20 thousand rupees in running condition. A dawoo matiz in the same range as well but they wont run for long... may be from the dealer to your home and you would be looking to get it towed to a workshop..

Get a car that has not done more then 50000 kilometres and the engine is unopened and you would be a happy bunny in the long run.
