Please discuss how r the 2 technologies IPTV and Dth are related 2 each other....

Both are very different. IPTV has much better capabilities. What IPTV can do, DTH cannot do.
DTH is a one-way service with limited capacity in the one-way forward path. This means - (a) customer cannot send a command back thru the dish, (b) unicast services cannot be given; only broadcast services can be given (typically 150 channels).
IPTV is a two-way service with limitless capacity that provide unicast services. This means IPTV cannot provide any number of broadcast channels, true on-demand content services working just like a DVD player - movies, music, games, karaoke..., and internet type services like sms, email, information services, ticketing, shopping....
