Thread: Mitsubishi Lancer

My dad bought a Mitsubishi Lancer(second hand) some months ago probably six or seven months ago.
Its a great car and when it comes to comfort it is pretty decent, as it is 2000 model so cant compare with new lancer cedia or the Evolution which i think is not available in India.

some specs about the car

Engine: Two wheel drive SOHC, 1.5 litre
Tyres : Tubeless (but now they are converted into the tube ones)
Rimb Type: Alloy
and other miscellaneous things like AC, power steering, power windows etc etc.

Nice car, Lancers look great in black colour and the front bit modification youve done on it looks great.

back bumper, muffler tip , interiors area also modified and now chrome trimming is also applied which looks more coool

How much money have you spent on modifications if you dont mind me asking.

admin i am going to tell a secret this car was already modified hehehe when we bought it! dont know how much the earlier user have spent but one thing for sure he would have payed a hefty price for this mod. and as you can see the old user changed this car to look like a lancer Evolution


from our part we have made some minor changes like installing muffler tips and custom steering covers and seat covers and yeah installing white bulbs in the head lights which was not so hefty, we bought the raxene of red color and stiched it on the steering and on seats in our home and chrome trims were about i think around rs 100 or so, muffler tip was around rs 250 and price of raxene ......... i forgot

My Personal favorite is a Nissan Skyline GTR Vspec R34 ...but beggars cant be choosers .. ... the lancer EVO 5 or 6 is amazing too ... but for indian roads and modifications i believe the Lancer is best , I owned one,feeling sad i gave it away

INDEED everytime i need to go to anywhere i have to work hard to remove all the dust as on black color even a small cluster of dust looks very bad and one more thing there is zero maintenance
