Thread: connection setting to connect htc touch wifi phone with bsnl broadband connection

Hello Friends,

I need your help.
i have HTC Touch mobile with wifi.

I have BSNL broadband with wifi Modem.

i am not able to connect my mobile with modem and internet.

I want to know how i can make my modem counfigured in such a way, where my laptop, computer as well as mobile dont ask for any User name and password.

It should automatically get connect as i switch on the modem.

I have BSNL broadband with wifi Modem.

Step 1 :
Confirm your wifi modem model make .
If it is WA3002-G4 see this link to connect in "ALWAYS ON" mode.

Confirm your laptop can work in WIFI mode.


Step 2 : using HTC phone .

Give more details company/brand model number etc.

In your phone menu wireless network
Do you see any wireless network listed /
secured or unsecured ? including yours ?

I am using bsnl broadband..with nokia 220 normal modem but i use the internet service via wireless router...want to use my nokia n95 aswell thorough that wi fi network...need help regarding the setting to do it..
