I am looking for mobile internet (preferably broadband) options in India for coverage during a 2.5 weeks visit. I will mostly be in the outskirts of Delhi (Ghaziabad) and Haridwar.

I am fine with either PCMCIA card / USB modem, though could use advice on plans/options/costs, etc. I did look at various threads and mobile broadband provider sites, but they are (rightly) geared towards long term subscribers - and not folks like me.

Any advice / pointers / discussion of cost - quality trade offs would be greatly appreciated!
