Thread: Idea launches new tariff for mumbai

Call rates are being continuously slashed. Continuing with the trends is
IDEA Cellular which launched new tarrifs for Mumbai today. Now idea customers can talk 5 times more than normal as they launched the all new and cheapest available 1p/5sec plan. This is valid for prepaid customers for calls to idea numbers in Mumbai, maharashtra and goa.

To avail these tariff customer will have to recharge with a voucher of rs 17 valid for 30 days.
Customers who are on a per minute billing can avail similar offer with tarrif being 15p/minute with a recharge voucher of Rs18
Idea is the largest operator in maharastra with 1.2 million users in Mumbai city alone.

This tariff is valid for mumbaikars only and not for whole maharahtra or goa .
So now talk endlessly and enjoy the stif competition among operators which is benefiting consumers only

It is you who is incorrect. When it comes to MH & Goa, iDEA rules. It has the best coverage and subscriber base.

Airtel is in fact 4th in MH after iDEA, BSNL-Cellone, and Vodaphone.

if you talk about Mumbai, i think hardly any one in here uses Idea.

I think in Mumbai it will be like :-

Vodafone >> Tata Docomo >> Airtel >> Aircel >> Idea >> BPL >> MTNL.

i think after number portability is ON, Vodafone & customers will be go down, & Docomo Customers will go High.

Loads of people, including most of my friends from Vodafone,Airtel, BPL, want their numbers, so they don't shift to other providers, lets see what happens to Vodafone etc after portability is ON.

After number portability, the people (providers) with the best service, rates and care will win.
