Thread: What is the Best Broadband Mobile Wireless Internet Connection in Hardwar?

Namaste to All!

I am arriving in Hardwar on 4/6. I plan on doing some groundbreaking webcasting there at the Kumbh. I have ready conflicting reviews of the various wireless internet options there.

Does anyone have a clue which is really the best and most solid for Hardwar? I need a minimum speed for my laptop of 300-700kbps. Really at least 400kbps.

Is this possible? Will it be better to hook up a phone as the modem rather than the USB sticks?

All help is greatly appreciated. And specific details about where to go once I am there will greatly help as well.

Go for BSNL EVDO or TATA Photon+.
BSNL EVDO may suite you an you will good speed there about 1 Mbps. If you are in very good network then you can even get speed upto 1.8 Mbps(Not easy to attain).

So they are better than Reliance?

Any Haridwar user please confirm, but I think EVDO will be the best and 3G network is available there. Check at: BSNL Uttaranchal Telecom Circle
