I got an Mtnl 3g connection this week and I have been using it for skype and it works reasonably well.
is videocalling back in action, i heard that they paused video calling for some security reason?
I havent tried video calling yet so no idea but from whats written on the packing I believe video calling should work just fine but I wonder why would any one use video calling using the mobile service providers network when they can have a video call using skype using the data connection alone with no per second billing.
both MTNL & BSNL have been offering this service for the last 15-18 months. problem was only with pvt operators.
imagine a situation where you have an elderly person (65/70 plus) some 1000 km away who wants to see a grand child face to face but does not know abc of computers. a mobile handset is much easier to operate.

How is Reliance 3G as compared to the services of the other providers? I have a Reliance connection so would ideally take on this number.
video calling is like skype on dialup...
