i am living in new ashok nagar,just literally 1 step away from noida sector 15.i have heard that our area doesnot charge roaming charges if SIM is bought from UP or delhi,either way.i am currently using a MTS mblaze EVDO connection,but sick of the FUP.all my life i was used to BSNL broadband hardline connection.so my question is should i get a BSNL mini ipad SIM from UP,as i don't know the status of availability with MTNL delhi.or should i check for BSNL EVDO UP connection in my area as they got UL plan.
