I have a vodafone k3570 usb stick and i am using bsnl sim on that. My sim is 3 years old and i haven't done any recharge for converting 2g sim to 3g. Still i connect using UMTS mode. I did a recharge of 98 rs and got 3gb unlimited excess for GPRS. At the very start, my download speed touched 88 kBps but when i reconnected again, the speed just bundled down to 12 kBps and now it remains the same.

Is there any way i can enjoy that speed which must have been of 3g, again ??
