    hi bro!
    I have the same data card model. (unlocked too).
    I have not tried using reliance SIM yet..but plz post the results here..
    your circle (city), the plan you are using/trying to use (like 2g plan? on 3g network?? )

    You will have to make a new profile by clicking on "settings" and then on "new".
    just enter "*99#" as the phone number and "rcomnet" as your APN and leave everything else as blank! (offcourse you will have to name your profile :P just enter as "reliance")

    Then go to choose your network in "preference" (i guess) you will have 3 options to choose from just choose "3g" (its the middle option in the list!)

    everytime after changing any* settings click on "apply" to successfully save it!

    TRY this^ and tell me here

    @ echo9 :
    Thanks for your support bro !
    but now i am facing another major problem . When i connect the e-stick to the usb port the
    system gets hang and then the whole screen goes black . After 2-3 mins a message appears " debugging memory " and computer restarts.
    I'm using it on a desktop with following configurations:
    win 7;
    2 GB ram;
    2.9 Ghz processor core2duo;
    i dont understand the problem is,does docomo e-stick not support desktop or windows7?

    ..strange!

    As far is support for windows 7 is concerned; I am running this dongle on my laptop having windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.
    And dont worry about this "desktop/laptop" laptop support :P all computers are same! Its just the operating system!

    I think you should remove the dongle software (dialer) and reinstall it or maybe it must be your operating system error.
    If you can format and install your Windows 7 again..it would be much better; make a clean install
