Thread: What are the ping times to ea.com by mobile broadband providers TATA and Reliance

The building I'm in currently has only wired broadband by BSNL which I find unreliable compared to EVDO/CDMA broadband by Reliance Netconnect+

I plan to return to gaming. Games I plan to return to playing are Battlefield 2, Team Fortress 2 and Guildwars.

My ping to EA.com over slow speed CDMA mode of Netconnect+ is ~600ms. I have yet to test out fast mode/EVDO ping times to ea.com.

What are the ping times over Netconnect 3G, Photon 3G and Photon Plus to ea.com ?

it should be around 50ms

@Mickey: My ping times have reduced by about 20 ms thanks to the DNS tip.

btw you meant 600 ms or 60ms?

I get ~600 ms as I am on a Reliance Netconnect+ in it's CDMA highspeed 1x mode (not the EVDO high speed mode as I've exceeded my monthly max/high speed download limit)
