Default Good 3g service in Pune

I live in Dhanori which is in Pune, and last week my brother who lives with me brought a Tata Docomo 3G stick. He uses the connection when travelling as well as being at home, while travelling he gets the H signal and when at home he gets the E signal. When using the connection at home it becomes a drag for for him as the browsing becomes very slow. He has used the connection in different parts of the house and the only signal he receives is E.
He wants to change the connection so that he gets better coverage, he mostly would use the connection for Skype calling and also browsing.
Please give feedback and advise to which 3G service is good in Pune around the Dhanori location.

I would suggest Vodafone and then Idea in this order. Vodafone is slightly costlier but it provides good coverage acoss Pune, and if you do not want to go with Vodafone for any reason then go for Idea. Generally speaking both service providers are good in Pune.
