Default Connaught Place becomes a free Wi-Fi zone

There are a lot of people who go to Connaught Place also known as CP in New Delhi, for work reasons and personal reasons like shopping etc. Well there is some good news for those who work or go to CP on a regular basis, they can now use the internet for free as now there is free WiFi facility in CP. The free service has started since 16th November 2014.
Connaught Place covers a total of 4.5 square km, and WiFi services will be provided throughout the whole area of Connaught Place.

I hope soon WiFi services will be available in other popular places as well, it would be so convenient.

There must some data limit control for each IP address, otherwise I think users would take full advantage of this free service and start downloading like anything.

The service will be free of cost for the first twenty minutes and after the free usage time is exhausted, the user will have to do a recharge using recharge cards available at various shops, including Tata Docomo retail outlets, in the area. The recharge cards are available at Rs 10 for 30 minutes, Rs 20 for 60 minutes, and Rs 50 for 180 minutes of Wi-Fi access. -- as per official statement.

Decent move, it is a good way for Tata to bring in more revenue and customers as well. Panchabhut do you know any other information about the recharges I mean how much time or data they would give?

Is that really true? I have been to Connaught place so many times, but I never had an idea about this. It would be a great idea and a very useful initiative. People can utilise the wifi to their fullest and enjoy surfing. But what about the password and the limit of usage? Are there any specific sites which can be used? Or any particular list of sites that cannot be used? I guess it would be limited only to the government sites and nothing else.
