Default How to reboot Huawei E355 datacard from Command Prompt , VB6 or Telnet?

I am using mtnl 3G simcard in Huawei E355 Wifi Datacard. since last 15-20 days i got a problem that after 20-30 minutes , the network connection disconnect in the E355 datacard and cause yellow exclamation mark on my PC wireless network adaptor .
In this case , however the datacard reconnect itself but network dont work. i need to unplug and replug the datacard to get it work for data download.
I want to make a VB6 program to ping google continuously. In case of failed ping , I need to reboot the 3G datacard (192.168.1.1) through batch file or VB6 automatically so that my downloads in IDM queue doesn't hamper.

Please tell me any way to reboot datacard through command prompt , Telnet or VB6...

Default How to reboot Huawei E355 Wifi Datacard by Telnet/VB6/Batch File for automation

I am using mtnl 3G simcard in Huawei E355 Wifi Datacard. since last 15-20 days i got a problem that after 20-30 minutes , the network connection disconnect in the E355 datacard and cause yellow exclamation mark on my PC wireless network adaptor . I checked 3G SIM in other datacards but same. (No datacard issue. I think it is related to DNS / Dynamic IP allocation by ISP during reconnect???)
In this case , however the datacard reconnect itself (3G LED Glow bright blue) but network (Data download/browsing/ping) dont work. i need to unplug and replug the datacard to get it work for data download.
I want to make a VB6 program to ping google continuously. In case of failed ping , I want to automate the reboot the 3G datacard (192.168.1.1) through batch file or VB6 automatically so that my downloads in IDM queue doesn't hamper.

I presently reboot by manually plug-out & polug-in of datacard or by "http://192.168.1.1/html/reboot.html" but it needs confirmation for reboot so can't automate by a batch file executing "http://192.168.1.1/html/reboot.html" directly for auto reboot.

Please tell me any way to reboot datacard through command prompt , Telnet or VB6...

I cannot think of a way to do this unfortunately. I have been having trouble with MTNL 3G myself even on a mobile phone which loses data connection only to come back up after 10-15 mins on its own without me having to do anything. I am not saying there is no work around but MTNL seems to have an issue which is causing this problem in the first place. With another ISP you wont have this problem.

You could check redial when disconnected in the dialer settings and see if that helps.
