Default Mobile broadband to overtake DSL by 2015

While India is being plagued by ISPs who provide measly speeds of the order of kbps and a non existent government which does nothing to establish 3G in the country, internationally mobile broadband is set to overtake conventional internet access methods by 2015. It is estimated that there will be 148 million mobile subscribers in Europe by 2014. This figure is brought out by the fact that 3G and 4G are fast catching up. WiMax is also another field of interest which is galloping at an alarming rate worldwide.

considering the variations in signal strength seen in India and the still very much non-mobile nature of users, this may nopt hold true for India for atleast the next 10 years.
