While India is being plagued by ISPs who provide measly speeds of the order of kbps and a non existent government which does nothing to establish 3G in the country, internationally mobile broadband is set to overtake conventional internet access methods by 2015. WiMax is also another field of interest which is galloping at an alarming rate worldwide.
