Could be quite useful for those who mainly call locally

This is a good plan, and the fact that you can call any mobile is good. This thread is from 2009 so I very much doubt if this plan is still available, but if it is please update the thread.

These are the kind of plans which should be for prepaid customers as well, service providers would benefit as much from this as much as customers.

I have noticed with telecom and broadband companies they provide more offers for South users and less for the North. Why is that?
