Hi,
We are setting up a new office for our 25 member start up. We have clients from abroad and with in India as well. We want to setup a PBX system where multiple concurrent calls can terminate and our desk phones can make concurrent calls.
We also want to expose only one GSM number e.g. 91-987654321 to all our clients (India and abroad) so that they don't have to remember multiple numbers but there should not be line busy situation, i.e. if one call is active on PBX on exposed GSM number 91-987654321 and another call comes, our PBX should allow to terminate that call as well instead of playing line busy.
I have seen in few corporates that they expose only one GSM number but they actually have multiple lines. Does this means one SIM with multiple numbers?
Please explain what solution exists and how these corporates are managing their internal PBX.
Regards,
VKM
