How many months can you wait before you lose interest?

There are times when a phone is announced and it comes out just weeks or days later... on the other hand, there are times when a phone is announced and it takes almost a year for it to come out.

in your opinion... just how long is "too long?" How many months does it take for you to loose interest in that phone... and move on to another model?

It all depends, there are phones which are always being released and you say thats a nice phone, but then there are phones which you say ah ok this is an excellent phone and when it gets launched I will purchase it, and you wont lose interest in it that quickly. I mean a phone isnt something which you change every 6 months or every year. And these days a good phone with good features costs anywhere between Rs8,000 - Rs45000, and Im sure if someone is going to spend this much money they wont lose interest.

These days there is not a very long time between announcements and actual launch.
