    I need suggestions for the best mobile phone plan with data plan (internet access from cell phone) Koregoan Park, Pune in Maharashtra.

    On the contrary, Airtel is one of the worst in Pune. Personal experience as well as those of friends. Idea has best coverage in Pune. Vodaphone is good also.

    Otherwise.Airtel is the most trusted,by being providing the good tariff for all users

    MTNL is for Mumbai and Delhi only.

    In MH/Goa circle, I will tell you that Idea is the best cell phone provider.
