    Default For Information to all Mobile users

    TRAI has laid down the guidelines to all Service providers that explicit consent of the customer is necessary to activate any service. Next time if you got any value added services (VAS) automatically without your interest, you can claim full refund of your money back into your account. Provided the request for refund has to be made within 24Hrs. You can also claim refund when caller tune is activated by (*) copy feature ,USSD or any other way. The Service provider should ask for your willingness in way of SMS/email/call/ any other means which can be retained as a record.

    In same way Aircel had done fraud on my mobile they used the computers to call and when i received the call I heard computerised music, and then automatically 3-4 VAS services were activated. Called their call centre and blasted them repeatedly until my balance was refunded and the VAS services stopped. IT was hell of delay but ultimately got my money back......

    Ya the same of the aircel incident happened to me before.But it was the fraudy Tata.In this Case, tata cheated my mom they just activated the caller tune without any prior notice and when i used to call them she would say"Kripya apna 10 number ka prepaid mobile no. enter karein" after entering she would reply this number is not a tata number!And the balance got deducted and the tune got activated!Now it's ok somehow i got deactivated that!But let me remind you that tata is the biggest crap even then Aircel!!
