if you are looking for cheap gprs service provider then go for bsnl it provides 8 gb of 2g data in Rs. 301 and if you are looking for 3g and budget is not an issue then go for vodafone it provides your 1 gb of 3g date in Rs. 250/-

But here in my area all operators offering only 2G Coverage. So I can use only 2G services. Anyway Thanx 4 reply!!
