Plz help me to buy cell phone

I want to buy a phone which have 2-3MP camera with flash and video recording speed about 30 frames per second.My budget is around Rs12000.
Brands could be nokia,samsung,lg or sony ericsson or you have any better choice.....

I recommend N73... I has a 3 megapixel camera and up to 2gig if I'm correct expandable MMC!

I would recommend the sony K790i or K800i... Sony has a much better sound quality than any other fones whether in earphones or through speakers.
secondly sony has a better camera (3.2 mp carl ziess lens) than nokia or samsung (which u can compare at gsmarena.com) and sony's got xenon flash too which allows you to take closeup pics even at 0 lumens which none of the other fone is capable to do. Sony phones produce digital camera like pics which can be zoomed to 32X. It even has a video zoom too while playback.
In total it has all the features of the nokia fone minus the symbian.
The screen clarity, camera clarity, sound clarity and virus fool proof protection is what sony will give you without compromise in these sets.

And the best thing this fone comes at a price of just Rs.8900/-as compared to Nokia N73 which comes around 11-12k.

I am using sony phones from the last 10 years....adn K790i or the cybershot from the last two years and it has never given me a problem till now.
