The Acer beTouch E400 smartphone was just recently revealed by the company.The handset measures just 12mm and boasts of a slim appearance with a smooth black and chrome finish. The phone houses Windows Mobile 6.5.3 with optimized touch controls which offers a great web experience, seamlessly merging work and play.A complete round of applications is provided with the neoTouch P400. This includes Mail, Microsoft Exchange Server Support and Microsoft Office Mobile applications.
The latest phone works on Qualcomm 7227 processor running at 600 MHz and also includes Internet Explorer 6 Mobile with Flash support.The new search engine from Microsoft which is dubbed as Bing helps customers by offering four important user tasks like making a purchase, researching a health condition, planning a trip or finding a local business.
Two exchangeable battery covers in fingerprint-proof high-gloss silver and soft touch black is also provided along with the mobile for that chic appearance. The Acer neoTouch P400 comprises of Windows Media Player 10, a dedicated YouTube application as well as 3G+ and WiFi connectivity. There is a large 3.2 inch high-definition (HVGA) touch screen .The neoTouch P400 from Acer also includes a 3.2-megapixel autofocus digital camera which comes complete with autofocus and geo-tagging capabilities.
It will release in May 2010.
