Not a bad phone! I think all Nokia phones are quite good in design and features , especially when it comes to battery life.

^^^Not just the battery, but some are amazingly lame in design. For eg. the 1203 and related models have just one speaker... so expect everyone around you to hear all your private conversations, etc., etc. As for features, many cheaper Chinese rebranded phones seem to have many more features!! As for durability, I'v had unpleasant experiences there too...

I am not wrong... and neither are you. It depends which Nokia model you are talking about and which re branded Chinese phone. Not all re branded Chinese phones are that bad and not all Nokias are that great. And I'v also seen some of the Chinese stuff last longer without any repairs compared to Nokias and some that conk out within months.

Whatever is the point but one thing is universal truth. That is, nokia charges very high for each of their mobile phones even they are not worth.

Nokia phones are mostly good. Most of the models have robust performance. While in other brands, it is very very common to have problems. Say Motorola battery is very poor. Even for 6 month old motorola phone, battery performance is poor. In Nokia you rarely see problems. Another thing you might remember - few years back a mobile charger simply means Nokia charger :-) You do not need say that I need Nokia charger....you only say charger :-)

Anyway actual discussion was about Nokia's dual sim phone...everybody is waiting...2-3 months down the time, it should be available in Indian market. They have demonstrated its demo model in one of the mobile conference. Best new feature would be hot-swappable 2nd sim. You do not need to pull out battery, just replace 2nd sim like you put sd card from side in your device.
