I purchased a Samsung L700 for my friend who resides in a village of U.P..
since he wasnt able to purchase the phone as it was expensive at his place, so i purchased on his behalf.
The phone is working properly but the issue started with the battery.. we saw that the battery was not enough macho to hold on even for half day, even without using the music player or calling or radio or just anything..
The battery was of the phone itself,. and not from outside. the shopkeeper opened the box just before me and so there are no points of catching up the shopkeeper for this.. seems that it was a spoilt battery from the samsung itself..
now when i am going to the shopkeeper he is not willing to exchange it and saying that it is our fault of not properly recharging the battery.. but we did and battery full disconnect charger has arrived on the screen which tells that the battery is obviously full on its capacity. but on run time it doesnt do back..
please help of how to deal with this situation..
i have got the bills, the warranty period has just started.. and the shop is from delhi..
thanks in adv..
