Thread: suggest a mobile

hi all!

I want to buy a new mobile.

my requirements are:-

(1) good high resolution camera.

(2) good speaker,(i have seen bad speakers of some highend mobile too.)

(3)good music playing features.
(a) i should be able to make any song as my ring tone.
(b)i shall be using my system to download music so even if mobile is not good at internet,it's ok.

(4)optional: features which can be useful in day-to-dy life.like that of LG optimus.
but this is otional.mu main emphasis on first 3 features.

plz give suggestions

Go with the Samsung Wave 525 which has been recently launched..

5.1CH audio through headset ( works only when headset connected )

Decent 3.2mp camera without flash

Samsung own BADA OS

3.2inch capacitive Touch screen, which makes Touch more easier.

Multi Touch support, helps in making zoom easier while browsing and zooming a Picture..

This mobile is not like Samsung Corby or Star series, its totally different than those..
Am going for it tomo..

Price at Rs7500 + vat..

Dont go with LG.. As i had LG cookie Fresh and most of the time it was with LG service people than with me..

Nono....N8 is really bad dude...

If you can extend 2k more, Motorola Milestone or the HTC HD2 are good options.
I had seen a videocon Android Phone for Rs12.5k, was pretty good, dunno the name... :P

Things I dont like about N8:
"low" resolution screen
Mediocre hardware
Symbian ^3 - nothing great
Only thing it boasts about is the camera, if you really like photography, get a dslr,not N8.

If you can get it from the US, get the Desire HD,awesome phone, friend has overclocked the processor to 1900Mhz :P

though I can,but I think my requirement should be covered in 20,000.
n8 was also on mind,friends suggested that better to go for samsung galaxy (android which is 29,000).

as far as dslr,is concerned ,I cant carry it anywhere and anytime.
we can carry mobile almost every time we can get out.
I shall explore more your other options which are available in India.

that is the Galaxy S which is 29k, awesome phone,just feels a little cheap...

It really depends on your budget. in case its a value for money mobile phone you are looking for, then check out the LG optimus one. In case you can extend it to 15 k then look no further than the Galaxy Ace. In case you can extend to 30k then you have the htc desire s , samsung galaxy 2 and Sony Experia arc. Nokia N8 and E7 are something you might consider avoiding since although it runs great hardware, the the symbian software feels old and does'nt hold a candle to the android smart phones.

go for HTC wildfire S. It is available around 13-14K.

I suggest you for HTC wildfire. I have and its really good.
