Yes, Google is going to launch there mobile phone service. I think they are planning to enter almost every industry and cellphone industry is there next target i think and more over they are also going to offer very cheap services as compared to other service providers.

I dont think that they would lauch there mobile service that much soon in any other country. It would be a long time before we would see google cellphone service comping into India.

This clearly shows how dominative google is after their huge success with search and ads and other tools that they have introduced from time and again. I feel that Google is going to be inseperable in our lives in the very near future and they are going to be seen and used every where and used by us like anything.

I do not think that it would be that much easy for Google to take over in ever field. They have the biggest market share in search engine industry but dont forget that they would have tough time in getting majority of the market share in other things.

First Google would try to establish it self in United States and after they would do this then only they would look towards other countries and i think it would take a lot of time before we would see Google mobile phones in India.

It is good to hear that Google is on its way but it would take some time before we would see them operational but still if Google would come in this field it would be really interesting to see how they would make there market share.

Anyonw have any update that is Google getting on with there G Phones or it was all of a rumor ....

I am also looking for a update regarding this Google! phone. I also think that this was much more of a rumor as Google have not officially announced any thing regarding it till now.
