    Default CDMA in india

Why there are no good handsets in CDMA as compared to GSM. Why nokia cannot have N-series phone for CDMA users. I just can't understand. Almost every phone in CDMA is low grade and looks cheap.

The CDMA market is very small as compared to GSM and also reliance and tata are locking the mobiles which nokia don't want. Reliance wants that people should buy the handsets through it so nokia doesn't give higher range but still there is one good handset for cdma its 6275 from nokia its really a nice phonw with all features.

I dont kno why do you want to go with CDMA phones. Just buy your own handset and go with any GSM service provider. Like you wont be stuck with them for a long time and also you can use different companies SIMs in your mobile phone as compared to CDMA phone.

You would not see N-Series in the CDMA handset as companies offering CDMA services are basically targeting professional people and i believe that pro people dont like to use music entertainment handsets.

It is not that professional people do not like to use good entertainment handsets. Like if you look you would see that they have the latest and the expensive handsets in the market.

CDMA is not fully developed as GSM in india. There have been a misconception that only lower cadre of people will go for the CDMA, which is actually not true. Even reliance is planning to launch its gsm service despite having huge base in cdma, which itself shows who is the leader in this segment. Nokia do have some high end phones in cdma!
