Internet Connection Drops Frequently - D'Link Modem -- BSNL

Hi All,

For past one or two weeks my internet connection is getting dropped frequently. It happens for the below scenarios,

i. It disconnects within 5-10 minutes after modem is switched on,
ii. When i get a phone call and i picked it,

Can someone please tell me on where i have to look for..whether i can check the problem in modem or in the phone line itself.? and please let me know if you need any other details on my connection and modem type.

I am using D-Link DSL 2730U wireless type modem.

P.S: I have taken the screenshot of the DSL statistics when the internet disconnects and uploaded it below

I found out the solution for frequent disconnection problem with my modem and service line...

From what you have posted I can only think of trying a new splitter. In your last reply you mentioned you have found a solution and I would appreciate if you could post it here so others with the same problem would benefit.
