How to connect D-Link DSL-2570u to ACT Broadband

I had a BSNL Broadband earlier running on DSL-2570u. Recently switched to ACT Fibre Broadband. I wanted to use my existing D-Link ADSL Modem + Router with WiFi to extend my internet over WiFi. Can somebody help me with this?

fiber aka GPON and pppoe? you wasted your money. fiber aka gpon is on ethernet aka rj45. you made a blunder according to me. you needed netgear 3700 or netgear 4500. i guess 4500 it supports gpon. your d-link is pppoe.
pppoe and GPON are 2 different protocols. you cannot mix 2 protocols w/o a bridge. you got a birdge? else try a gpon modem.
