i puchased 3g datacard from mtnl (ilemon ILD72A) more than 2 months back but i still i cannot check the data balance .i had recieved 15gb of free dwnld even after recharging i cannot see the balance. Customer service cell execs are the least trained staff in the world who are unable to attend the problem or even identify and forward it.
