    For me, MTNL was like real bad speed. I tried BSNL 3G sim with Huawie 1831 in Delhi(vasudhara Enclave). Most of time even page did not opened.

    Switched to Tata Photon+ and much satisfied.

    Im mostly having 200-250kbps its decent for me....
