Thread: Regarding First Recharge coupon for MTNL 3G Sim

hi, my friend will be sending me a MTNL 3g sim from New Delhi, i just
want to know after activation of sim, can i directly recharge the data
plan or first i have to use FRC. and can u guys also tell me what will
be the APN settings.

I guess when you buy a MTNL 3G sim,they will give you a recharge coupon with it,to active the 3G plan ie Dolphin Connection 1st time activation coupon ,and of course you don't need any FRC recharge in MTNL that is for BSNL.
