    Thumbs down MTS Internet are cheaters. Dont get trapped

    My name is Anshu and my MTS 3G Internet data card no. is 8711830600. I have been struggling with very poor and extremely low class pathetic services from MTS. They claim speed up to 9.8 Mbps but avg speed I am getting is between 20Kbps - 100Kbps. Customer support is horrible! They do not solve any of your query. The customer care does not work in Weekends & holidays, and beyond 6 on other days. They straight forward tell you to wait for certain working hours. No body has responded to my complains for one whole month!!!! Downloading big files is impossible. Worst case they will not refund your amount and you need to keep paying for the days of zero or bad service also. Your money is trapped with no resolve.
    Apparently I think MTS is a fraud and most importantly you should know that MTS is the worse service provider ever ever ever which is why I do not encourage anyone to buy this crap.
    Dear MTS, Take it seriously & do some thing about it!

    Your not the only one, even I have faced a lot of speed problems with MTS data card. I called customer care and got no answer to why the speed is slow. I didnt recharge my account when it expired as it simply was not worth it. I would suggest if you have other options for a connection then get that.

    The number of MTS users has increased a lot in the past couple of months, which maybe the reason for the slow speeds, I am not really a technical person but from what I understand this may be the case.
    Customer service is not available on weekends and holidays that is something new, not done at all. Normally for internet connection customer service is supposed to be available 24/7 or least till 11pm?

    It may be a problem at the local level because I am getting good download and upload speed without any trouble. Have you checked if signal strength has gone down by any chance?
