actaually i booked a new connection of mtnl unlimited combo offer 599 plan on 1st september phone instrument was installed on 3rd but they installed the modem on 15 september but it did not work i kept complaining about it wandering into the exchange almost everyday but they could not identify the finally my brodband started on 25th september worked fine for 3 days again it stopped working even after 35 complaints made on 1504 nobody came i kept calling area manager harinagar (delhi) but no result, called GM rajouri garden as well, finally brodband started on 4th october...i am concerned about the billing will they be charging me for those days also when my net was not working??? how can i file a consumer complaint about it???
