|  Issues with MTNL broadband connection - it just does not connect I have been using the mtnl broadband for a few months now. It was working perfectly fine till a few weeks ago. From last couple of weeks it started giving problems and does not connect often. And since last one week I have not been able to use it at all despite taking help from the online mtnl helpdesk guys. After trying a few things they will just log a complaint and no one turns up....guess its usual with mtnl....their service remains pathetic despite all the infrastructure improvements they have made over years. I possibly have all server settings correctly and that is reason when I run the test on the mtnl site everything has 'PASS' except for the ping to alphanetworks (guess its just a test site). Can someone help me with this? I am using the TKD 318 EUI modem and my connection is the PPOE/A LLC on the server. I have tried connecting using the IP address they provided and also using the automatic option but to no avail. Any help will be highlighy appreciated. |
