Default Web pages don't load properly (I have to hit "refresh" over & over again)

Webpages do not load on 1st try, i get a "Address Not Found" error msg.
BUT when i REFRESH the page (4-5 times) it loads up !!...
I ran the ADSL diagnostic test on my router and i recd an error while "pinging primary DNS" (pic attached)
Also i ran a ping test from command prompt and i recd time outs when pinging sites like yahoo.com etc

Is anyone else experiencing these problems??
Does anyone know how to solve this??

Alter the primary and secondary DNS IPs to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220. The alteration is to be done depending upon the mode by which u connect, either bridged mode or router mode.

@ ioukaki - Go to Network Connections from Start Menu..
    Choose your connection...
    Right click & choose Properties
Then select Internet Protocol from the 1st tab
    You'll find all options there
