Question mtnl wireless.reviews needed!!
Hey,
plannin to take a wireless connection from MTNL.needed to know how good or bad is it?heard that th speed u get it is slower than a fixed connection.need to download quite a bit so need a good speed.
can u guys help me out.thanks!

Does MTNL provide Wi-Max services? What is this wireless connection you are talking about.. ?

dont think MTNL provides wi-max.the website says somethin abt a Wireless ADL modem but im guessin that not enough.so im plannin to take a fixed line and then make it wireless. wanted to know if u get th same speed as a fixed line.also needed some help on how do i go abt it

to my knowledge, the only wireless service provided by MTNL is their CDMA 1x (GARUDA) based service. Its limited to Delhi only (no roaming even in NCR) and has bandwidth of 140 kbps and is similar to Relliance/TATA data card. Only thing is its unlimited for Rs.300/month

or are you asking about the wifi router provided with MTNL BB?
