I faced the problem of frequent disconnection in mtnl triband (mumbai andheri). Then one day one friend told me to get the frequency changed in the server. I called 1504 and explained my problem to the call center guy and requested him to change the frequency. To my surprise he understood what this 'frequency' is and gave me a complaint number also. Next day onwards, the problem was completely gone. Now my question is what the hell this 'frequency' is. Can anybody explain it to me. My friend also is completely ignorant of what this 'frequency' is.
