I have been using hathway in thane for last 4 years. since i moved to new house where hathway is not available, i had to settle down to mtnl
the connection is up after 3 months of headache, thanks to fast service of mtnl.
anyways, biggest change i face now is no more public static iphathway gave it to me without being asked
now i am trying to setup dynamic dns client on ustarcom wireless modem that they have provided. unfortunately the router is registering 192.168.1.1 with dynDNS. or maybe its not doing it at all...
has anyone used dynDNS on MTNL or other services?
never mind folks...its fixed as of now...
i had put incorrect email in the config page...it was different than what dynDNS records had for me......i felt it was placeholder but dynDNS seems to need that correctly....
dynDNS is resolving my hostname correctly...
will check again tomorrow...
