Thread: What MTNL Package should I get for gaming

Hi,
I like to do online gaming on my ps3 from time-to-time (maybe like 6-8 hours a week). What MTNL package should I get. What is the minimum speed package I need (256 unlimited, or 512 unlimited) for online gaming ?

256 UL may not be good enough for a few games..so i guess 512 UL would be a better option

thanks for telling this... i have an mtnl 512 UL pack... but i need help connecting my ps3 to the internet..... i need some1 to please explain the procedure to me..... i dont gt a problem wid acquiring d ip address... but the internet connection always fails..... please/.. ill really appreciate anybody's help... thanks in advance.....

both 64KB/S and 32KB/S are slow for a heavy gamer!
You can go for 999 combo ul and there you will get 1Mbps unlimited bandwidth!

Hence it would allow you to play games @good speed

Your internet connection fails?The link(dsl) light starts blinking?
Is your router a wireless one?And if the adsl light often blinks,check your connection first!

Yeah,I have 512 unlimited
I mostly play CS and COD2 and COD4 online without any lag and pings lessthan 250
I think 999 unlimited is not required that much and youll be wating your money

The 512kbps connection can't play the games like CS so smoothly!

I think 999 unlimited is not required that much and youll be wating your money

If someone really requires High performance in "GIANT" Games,then for 128KB/S you will have to pay higher!!

also look for good upload speeds

My CS is great online :P
128KB/s is okay and not required(Spend the remaining 400 rs on your gf )
