    Item Downstream Upstream Unit
    SNR Margin 31 31 dB
    Line Attenuation 32 19 dB
    Data Rate 256 256 kbps

it wont allow me to post urls' so there's a space after http:
PLease help! Ive complained a lot of times, all they do is keep registering new complaints

can you please check it with MTNL once that if 512 is available for you or not.
Please try to restart router as router can not train up automatically.

Please do not believe BSNL sites. During a plan change vocal confirmation is necessary. You will find many who had problems after a plan change. Please check with the exchange. Ask for Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE) and tell your problem. For BSNL customer care people know much less than we do. So always try to talk to a technical person. You can ask customer care to register a complaint. Also a complaint (written) to Chief Accounts Officer, address and phone no. on the backside of your bill.

While giving title, please put something link plan change problem. Otherwise those who do not use 512 unlimited may overlook your thread.

Written complaint to chief accounts officer. Address and phone no. on the backside of your bill. Mention all the complaint numbers and speak to him through phone.
